What this site does and doesn't do
Short version: this site collects nothing about you. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies set by this site. There is nothing here to opt out of.
What loads when you arrive
Only files served from this site: the page itself, its styles, the photographs, and the typeface, which is self-hosted rather than loaded from a font service. Nothing contacts a third party until you choose to do something.
The text and images are managed in a content system so they can be updated without rebuilding the site. That content is fetched by this site's server and the images are re-served from this domain — your browser never talks to the content system, and it is never told that you visited.
What happens when you play a video
Video thumbnails on the homepage are still images. Nothing from Rumble loads until you click play. When you do, Rumble's video player loads inside the page, and from that point Rumble may set cookies and collect information about your viewing the same way it would if you watched on their site. That data goes to Rumble, not to us, and is governed by Rumble's privacy policy. If you would rather not load their player, use the “Watch on Rumble” link instead, or simply don't click play.
Links to other sites
Following a link to Rumble, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Linktree, Amazon, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App takes you onto that company's service, where their own privacy policy and terms apply. This site has no control over and no insight into what they collect. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
Affiliate disclosure
The Amazon link on this site is an Amazon Associates storefront link. As an Amazon Associate, Daniel earns from qualifying purchases, which means a purchase made after following that link may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. It costs you nothing and it does not change what gets recommended — the gear listed there is the gear actually used in the videos.
Recovery enquiries and tips
Emails sent about a lost item are used to answer you and arrange the search, nothing else. They are not added to a mailing list, shared, or sold. Tips sent through PayPal, Venmo or Cash App are handled entirely by those companies under their own terms — this site never sees a payment detail, and a tip is a personal gift rather than a tax-deductible donation or a purchase.
Copyright
The videos, thumbnails, logo and photographs belong to Daniel, the creator of Monterey Magnet Man. The videos themselves are hosted on Rumble and merely displayed here through Rumble's own player; nothing is copied or re-hosted on this site. Please don't reuse the artwork or footage without asking first.

Changes
If any of this changes — for example if analytics or a mailing list are ever added — this page gets updated first, and the date below changes with it.
